IS YOUR EQUIPMENT CLEAN?
Prior to each rental, all of our equipment is cleaned and sanitized. We conduct a thorough inspection of our equipment for safety before each rental. We treat the equipment as if our own children were using it.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We are happy to accept payment via any major credit card, debit card or check. Please do not submit payment until we confirm the amount.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All items need to be returned clean and in good working order. Failure to return items in this condition could result in a charge to repair or replace the item.
DO YOU INSTALL CAR SEATS?
Unfortunately, due to liability concerns, we cannot install car seats. However, we provide the instruction booklet for you, so that you can install the car seat yourself or you can find the instructions on the side of the car seat.
IS THERE A MINIMUM RENTAL REQUIREMENT?
We do not require a minimum rental amount. We are happy to provide you with what you need, when you need it.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We understand that plans change and if you need to cancel your reservation, please provide as much notice as possible. There is a $30.00 cancellation fee the day of delivery. However, we do understand that emergencies happen and we will work with you to the best of our ability.
DO YOU DELIVER?
We will deliver and set-up the equipment for you. Free delivery for all orders over $150. There's a small delivery charge of $20.00 for Missouri and $30 for Illinois but we also pick-up the equipment as well. We deliver to Lambert Airport, various hotels and other local attractions.
